Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Unfounded reports are circulating on social networks that when clicking on the links of an SMS notification about the need to pay taxes on property and land sent from 0679, money is withdrawn from the bank card of citizens, Tax Committee said.

“The Tax Committee really sends notifications to taxpayers’ mobile phones about the need to pay property tax and land tax in the form of SMS from the number 0679,” the Tax Committee noted.

When you click on the link, funds are not debited from the taxpayer’s bank card.

When you click on the link with the text "Batafsil" ("More"), a payment notification will be downloaded. When you click on "Toʻlash" ("Pay"), the Soliq mobile application platform will open, through which you can make a payment.

If this application is already installed on the user’s mobile device, then you can make a payment in the "Payment of taxes" section; if not installed, it will be downloaded via the application platform.
