The 5th International Information and Communication Technology Summit (ICT Summit 2007) will be held on 27-28 September in Tashkent.

ICT Summit is an international event organised within the frame of the InfoCOM 2007 Week, and is one of the most important events of the year in the ICT industry of Uzbekistan and the region.

This year ICT Summit will mark its fifth anniversary and unlike the preceding years, it will not open, but will close the ICT Week.

The organizers of the ICT Summit are the Coordination Council for the Development of Computerisation and ICT, the Committee for Press and Information Technology, the legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis, Uzbek Agency of Communication and Information, UNDP Project "Assisting the Government of Uzbekistan in the formulation and implementation of ICT for development policy", and the Association of IT Enterprises and Organisations of Uzbekistan.
