Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 26 June 2025, during an official ceremony, the Chinese company Yutong Co. Ltd. handed over its 10,000th bus manufactured specifically for Central Asian countries to the joint-stock company Toshshahartransxizmat.

The event gathered representatives of transport institutions and organizations from various countries in the region.
This milestone bus marks a significant moment in the history of cooperation between the manufacturer and Central Asian states, symbolizing the large-scale development of public transport in the region.

The anniversary vehicle has joined the fleet of Uzbekistan’s capital, Tashkent, which is also set to receive an additional 200 modern electric buses produced by Yutong in the near future.
