Tashkent hosts exhibition “My contribution to development of Motherland”

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, Kamolot, Uzbekistan Farmers’ Councl, Association of people’s masters, artisans and painters “Hunarmand”, Central Bank of Uzbekistan, State Tax Committee and others organized the exhibition.

The exhibition is directed at promoting development of small and private businesses and participation of youth in business activities.

The regional stages of the exhibition were held in April-September 2013 and attended by over 700 young businesspersons, artisans and farmers. Some 140 young businesspersons, artisans and farmers are participating in the final stage.

The exhibition also attended by commercial banks, which provide information on their products and services directed at developing young entrepreneurship.

The event also includes master classes, seminar, roundtable and seminars on preferences provided to business, taxation issues, etc.

At the end of the exhibition, which will wrap up its work on 8 November, the young businesses will be awarded in such nominations as “The best young entrepreneur of the year”, “The best farmer of the year” and “The best artisan of the year”.
