Tashkent host even on strengthening inter-departmental coordination on management of climate risks

There are high risks of drought, water shortage, and others in Uzbekistan. There are high risks of losses in the result of climate disaster.

To manage climate risks is to develop and learn to implement a complex measures to minimize consequences of natural disasters.

Issues of strengthening inter-departmental coordination and raising potential for effective management of climate risks includes measures on creation of single inter-institutional information-analytical platform on management of climate risks, awareness and readiness to implement the system on early waning of climate disasters.

Representatives of ministries and departments of Uzbekistan, mass media and other participated in the roundtable. They considered information on inter-departmental coordination to implement system of early preventing dangerous climate disasters, mechanisms of inter-departmental interactions, etc.
