Dispatcher service was created to protect rights and interests of citizens of Tashkent in communal services sector.

Population of Tashkent is receiving assistance in case of various accidents in communal sphere, emergency situations and other problems with help of hotline “055”.

Representatives of all communal services organizations were attracted to the system. Employees in the system have knowledge to address any problems and solve them fast. The hotline “055” will help population to find necessary specialists to solve problems related to communal services, report said.

The report said that almost 7,000 people called to the hotline and their problems were resolved in time.
