Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The khokimiyat (mayor’s office) of Tashkent hosted a meeting between the Mayor of the capital, Shavkat Umurzakov, and Li Tao, Chairman of the Chinese company Chongqing Guangtian Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.. The talks focused on the prospects for implementing major investment projects in the city.

Both sides expressed mutual interest in establishing a long-term and strategic partnership, emphasizing the high potential for cooperation in the fields of real estate and urban development.

Thanks to the consistent policies of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev aimed at fostering a favorable investment climate, Tashkent continues to attract the attention of leading international investors. Chongqing Guangtian Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., which has extensive experience in implementing large-scale urban development projects, expressed its readiness to invest in the development of the city’s infrastructure.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue their cooperation within specific working formats and to begin detailed discussions on the proposed initiatives.
