SWIFT starts directly supporting users from Russia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Estonia.
According to RosSWIFT, earlier Alliance Factor supported the user from Uzbekistan.
"This method, which has always been available and has become more widespread in the past two years, will equalize the offer of support to existing SWIFT users around the world," the release said.
The standard service provides a permanent (24 × 7) access to the official SWIFT support, provided by the regional user support centers.
To get support, the users need to register on the site of the system, after which each user receives a personal registration number (support registration number).
As RosSWIFT said this number will have to be called when calling to regional support centers and will allow SWIFT experts to service personally without further delays for each user.
Users listed in the specified list of countries will be offered a choice of receiving support in English or Russian on their request.
