Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbek athletes Svetlana Radzivil and Nadiya Dusanova claimed first and second places in the high jump competitions of the Asian Games respectively.

Svetlana Radzivil won the competition in high jump with a result of 1.96 meters. She also set a record for the Asian Games. Nadiya Dusanova became the silver medalist of the Asian Games with a result of 1.94 meters.

Ruslan Kurbanov in a triple jump showed the result of 16.62 meters and became a silver medalist of the Asian Games.

Currently, Uzbekistan has 45 medals of the Asian Games: 12 gold, 17 silver and 16 bronze medals.
