The Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of Uzbekistan said that the students, who enrolled to the Russian university, should sign agreements with the Ministry. The agreements should be inked by grant receivers, grant provider and guarantors (parents).
One of the important parts of the agreement is an obligation, which is signed by grant receiver, and a guarantee, signed by the parents.
In line with the obligation, the students, who graduated the Russian university, should work in Uzbekistan for three years after graduation.
The grant receivers undertake obligation to adhere to clauses of the agreement. The guarantors undertake obligation to repay expenses of the grant receivers, if they fail to implement their obligations.
The ministry said that some 89 citizens of Uzbekistan were enrolled to the Russian Universities this year.
