Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- AKFA University (AU) has established partnership with one of the leading higher education institutions in Germany – Cologne Business School (CBS). CBS announced it on its LinkedIn page.

CBS was founded in 1993 and was one of the first to offer an “international” bachelor’s degree in English, recognized throughout the world. In 1997, the university was accredited by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA).

The school has focused its education primarily on practice: Students of some specialties must undergo compulsory practice at an enterprise with which the university cooperates. Its partners include such well-known companies as Volkswagen, Amazon, Eurowings, Vodafone, Uniliver, etc.

As part of the partnership, the universities will offer a 3+1 dual degree program to AU Business School students.

The 3+1 dual degree program will start operating in 2023. Students who successfully complete the program may receive CBS International Business B.A. as a second degree.
