Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to further improve the activities of institutions of state theaters and Spectacular Concert Organizations” in connection with the establishment of the procedure for determining categories (groups) for evaluating the activities and encouraging state theaters and spectacular concert organizations”.

The document establishes ratings for evaluating the activities of state theaters and concert organizations. The maximum score is 100 points. Based on the rating, they will be divided into categories (groups).

The size of the base salary of employees depends on the category (group).

For state theaters and concert organizations, 8 criteria are set, including the number of new performances, the presence of their own building and equipment, the state of the website, etc. (the full list can be found here).

So, for example, to get 100 points, the guest theater needs to:

stage at least 4 new performances per year;

have at least 25 performances in the current repertoire;

stage at least 240 performances;

organize at least 2 international and 6 republican tours;

have an average occupancy of the hall in the amount of at least 70 spectators;

have a share of their income in the amount of 15% of the total expenses of the establishment;

keep the site up to date by at least 80%.
