Representatives of Court Managers’ Association, Center for improving anti-monopoly policy, Supreme Economic Court, Prosecutors, tax officials and commercial banks, as well as Centers on holding tenders, evaluation companies, auditors and others participated at the event.

State Committee of Uzbekistan on Demonopolization and Competition Development carried out monitoring of bankrupt enterprises with state share and activity of judicial officials in line with the legislation.

The committee and its regional divisions inspects activity of court managers on set schedule and applications, received from interested people in bankrupt enterprises.

The committee in cooperation with interested bodies is organizing seminars to prevent violations by court managers during the conducting bankruptcy processes.

At the same time, the State Demonopolization Committee is searching new potential investors for organization of demanded goods in the market through realization bankrupt enterprises at open auctions.

Participants of the seminar discussed measures on preventing errors by court managers on implementing court decisions on bankruptcy, on which should be paid attention during work. They also considered interaction auditors, evaluation companies and trade organizations.
