The meeting considered activities of the portal and analyzed revealed violations, committed by ministries and departments on responding to applications of the individuals and legal entities via the portal. They were warned that they should consider applications in time.

The ministries and departments should also improve work on quality of responses to the applications as analyzes show that individuals and legal entities are not satisfied with the answers.

The state bodies received recommendations on elimination of shortages at the process of consideration of applications of the individuals and legal entities. The meeting also considered issues of improving services to legal entities.

The state bodies also presented their services to the legal entities and individuals via the Single portal, state of consideration of applications, considered vies and opinions, new projects.
