Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzsanoatqurilishbank JSCB (SQB) took part in the Emerging Markets Credit Conference, organized by J.P. Morgan – one of the leading investment banks in the world.

The online event is aimed at increasing the investment attractiveness of the bank in the international capital markets.

Meetings were organized between banks and investors, investment and management companies. During the talks, financial results and new products were discussed to inform the investment community about the ongoing changes in the country’s financial sector.

The conference was attended by representatives of international investment funds, portfolio investors and asset management companies, such as Banco Finantia, Julius Baer, Prince Street Cap Mgt Inc, T.Rowe Price International, Baillie Gifford, Bank J. Safra Sarasin (Bahamas) Ltd, Legal and General Investment Management, Sovcombank, Aegon Asset Management, Blueorchard Finance Limited, Fidelity Management and Research.

According to SQB, presentation materials were presented at the event, promising issues were discussed, including important aspects of establishing a mutually beneficial partnership with potential investors. This, in turn, will increase the confidence of the international business community in SQB and will positively affect its position in foreign financial markets. 

Following the meetings, it is envisaged to further enhance the cooperation of SQB with interested international investment companies and business accelerators.
