The delegation included Chief Technical Officer of TMON Lee SeungBae, HR manager Park SeunHyun and Head of IT department Lee ChangYeoung.

During the meeting, the Rector of Inha University in Tashkent Sherzod Shermatov briefed the guests of the activities of the educational institution, its plans for future and education process.

TMON representatives noted that they want to cooperate with Inha University in Tashkent and shared their recommendation on new perspective directions of training highly skilled specialists for the IT market.

The guests underlined that TMON is ready to contribute to preparation of highly educated specialists via attracting them to implementation of real outsourcing projects.

In the result of the talks, the sides agreed that there is necessity to establish a long-term mutual beneficial cooperation between the University and TMON.

Within the visit, TMON delegation familiarized with modern conditions, created for students and teachers at the University. They were impressed with the scale of work, carried out in Uzbekistan, and efforts to training professional IT specialists.

Mr. Lee SeungBae wrote an entry in the book of honorable guests of Inha University in Tashkent.
