Jahon news agency reported that the visit is organized within the three sided agreement between Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan, Soglom Avlod Uchun International Charity Fund and Bundang Cha Hospital of the University of Cha (South Korea).

Sung Won Ha, ophthalmologist, said that all operations were successful. He added: “We and Uzbek colleagues held several operations on removing cataract of 20 patients. We were impressed with technical equipment of hospital and created conditions for various operation. We conducted such operations for the first time in Tashkent, bur I hope we will continue our cooperation and will hold operations in other regions of Uzbekistan,” he added.

Besides, South Korean delegation gave lectures to paediatrists, obstetrician-gynecologists, and nurses of Tashkent city at National Scientific-Practical Medical Center, National Specialized Scientific-Practical Medical Center for obstetrics and gynaecology, as well as Medical-Social Center of Soglom Avlod Uchun.
