The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered an emission of shares of the insurance company in the end of June.

Within the mission, the insurance company will emit 22,516,500 ordinary stocks with par value of 132.55 soums each.

The shares will be placed on open subscription among unlimited number of investors. At the same time, the shareholders will have prime right to purchase stocks of the issue.
