Silk Road Insurance open joint stock insurance company will pay dividends for preferential shares for 2010, according to the decision of shareholders.
The company said that the size of dividend per share is 11,314.32 soums per preferential share.
Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, is 500 preferential shares Dividends will be paid with money resources.
General shareholders meeting of Silk Road Insurance directed 5.657 million soums from net income of 2010 to payment of dividends.
