Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 14 April, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev was presented with the master plan for the Sea Breeze Uzbekistan International Tourist Center.

The favorable investment climate in the country is promoting the introduction of innovative ideas and the implementation of large-scale projects across various sectors. In recent years, over two thousand new business initiatives have been launched in the tourism industry.

Last year, the number of foreign tourists in Uzbekistan exceeded 10 million for the first time. In Tashkent region, in the Bostanlyk district, resorts such as Amirsoy and Ugam River, as well as tourist zones "Beldersay-Chimgan-Nanai," were created.

Such development rates are attracting more foreign investors. Plans for the construction of the Sea Breeze Uzbekistan international tourist center on the shores of the Charvak Reservoir were previously announced. The presentation provided a detailed master plan of this ambitious project, which was developed with the involvement of several foreign companies.

The project is planned for phased implementation, divided into 10 compact zones. Each zone will feature recreational facilities and essential services, all within walking distance from one another.

For the convenience of visitors, a bridge will be built across the reservoir to connect the two shores.

Along the water, a boulevard, beaches, and recreation areas will be arranged, while hotels, cottages, residential houses, restaurants, and spectator stands will be located on the slopes. The project also plans to create cultural, educational, medical, and sports facilities. It will not only be a tourist complex but also a space for year-round living.

The President emphasized that the center must be convenient for all visitors and instructed the relevant authorities to provide the project with the necessary infrastructure.
