The document is directed at further improving legislation development process, creating effective mechanisms of development of legal documents in line with international and national law-making practices.

New edition of the law significantly differs from previous one both on volume and content. The law includes new articles and amends previous clauses.

Senators noted that adoption of the law will help to improve quality of law making process and responsibility of bodies, participating in law development process, effective execution of adopted laws.
