The representatives of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation will meet on 6-7 September in Kyrgyzstan to discuss cooperation in the development of telecommunication technology, 24.kg (Kyrgyz Republic) quoted press service of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Transportation and Communication.

The press service said the meeting of the special task group for modern information and telecommunication technologies under the Council of Ministers of the SCO states responsible for the foreign economic and foreign trade activity would be held near the Issyk-Kul Lake.

Kyrgyz representative will preside at the meeting.

Shanghai Cooperation Organisation includes Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. Afghanistan, India, Iran, Mongolia and Pakistan are observers.
