SCO Prime Ministers will consider deepening cooperation in trade, energy, telecommunications, science and technology, healthcare, agriculture, prevention and elimination of emergency situations.

It is expected that they will approve list of actions for further development of project activities, budget for 2014 and other financial and organizational issues.

Prime Ministers also will discuss creation of Special Development Fund and SCO Development Bank and sign joint statement on the issue, RIA Novosti said.

The SCO heads of governments will also consider activities of Business Council and Interbanking Union of the SCO, etc.

The SCO was founded in 2011 and its members are Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. Iran, Pakistan, India, Mongolia and Afghanistan are observers.
