Savdogarbank to place shares for 12bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Uzbek-German open joint stock commercial bank Savdogar will issue shares for 12 billion soums.

The general shareholders meeting of Savdogarbank adopted decision on emission of 120 million ordinary shares with par value of 100 soums.

The bank will place shares within a year after the registration of the emission at the Center for coordination and control over functioning of the securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan.
