Savdogar Bank to place shares for 12bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
An Uzbek-German open joint commercial “Savdogar” will increase its charter capital by 1.5 times or by 12 billion soums.
The bank said that the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered the emission for 12 billion soums.
According to the terms of the issue, the bank will place 120 million ordinary shares with par value of 100 soums each. Shares will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders.
Currently, the charter capital of the bank make up 24 billion soums, which divided into 238.5 million ordinary and 1.5 million preferential shares with par value of 100 soums each.
