Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan Football Federation accepted resignation of the head coach of Uzbekistan national team Mirjalal Kasimov, the press service of the UFF said.

Manager of Pakhtakor Tashkent Samvel Babayan has been appointed as the head coach of Uzbekistan national team, the federation said.

It is expected that Samvel Babayan, who led Pakhtakor to their 10th Uzbek title last year, will leave club and work only with national team of Uzbekistan.
