According to the bank, the Center for coordination and control over functioning securities market under the State Property Committee registered the sixth emission of shares of Samarkand Bank on 6 December 2010.

Within the emission, the bank will place 177,595 ordinary shares with par value of 50,000 soums each. Total volume of emissions on par value makes up 8,879,750,000 soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed through open subscription. The shares will be placed on market price, but not less than nominal value.

According to the bank, equity capital of Samarkand Bank made up 15.98 billion soums as of 1 January 2010. The paid authorized capital made up 15.12 billion soums.
