The bank said that the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered the prospectus of emission of Samarkand Bank on 12 January 2012.

According to the prospectus of emission, Samarkand Bank will place 160,000 ordinary shares with nominal value of 50,000 soums each.

Shares of the emission will be placed on open subscription among unlimited number of investors. At the same time, it is planned to float 25% stake through Uzbekistan Stock Exchange.

According to the bank, formed charter capital of Samarkand Bank makes up 24 billion soums as of 1 January 2012.
