Samarkand Bank can raise charter capital by 26bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Shareholders of Open joint stock-commercial bank Samarkand approved the maximum size of shares, which the bank has right to place additionally.

According to the decision of shareholders, Samarkand Bank will have right to emit 520,000 ordinary shares for total sum of 26 billion soums. The size of announced shares will allow the bank to increase charter capital by 2.1 times by 2016, the bank added.

The bank said that the formed charter capital of Samarkand Bank makes up 24 billion soums. The bank said that the par value of shares make up 50,000 soums.

Samarkand Bank was founded in December 2000. Later the bank was reorganized into open joint stock commercial bank.
