The decree is based on the decision of the Trusteeship Council of the Children’s Sports Development Fund of 11 March and is aimed at creating conditions for active attraction of girls to sport, especially in rural areas.
The document is also set to attract highly qualified and professional female trainers for working with children and students and stimulate their work, UzA reported.
According to the document, starting from 1 April, female trainers working in general schools, professional secondary education establishments and children’s sports schools located in rural areas will receive a 15% increase to their monthly salaries.
The expenses related to the introduction of the additional monthly payments will be covered from the state budget for 2010.
