Sabina Sharipova wins ITF tournament in Astana

Tennis player from Uzbekistan Sabina Sharipova won a tournament of International Tennis Federation (ITF) series in Astana, Kazakhstan, with the prize money of US$10,000.
Sharipova, 19, outplayed Russia Alena Tarasova in straight sets – 7:5 and 6:0 – in the final match of Uzbekistan.
Another Uzbek player Albina Habibulina in partnership with Chantal Skamlova from Slovakia clinched the top trophy in the double’s tournament.
They defeated Asiya Dair from Kazakhstan and Ivanka Karmalak from Russia in straight sets – 6:2 and 6:3.
