The rules were developed to determine order and conditions of rendering and using of mobile communication, rights and obligations of subscribers and operators. The rules are mandatory for operators and subscribers.

The document was prepared in line with the Civic Code of Uzbekistan and the laws “On telecommunication”, “On protection of consumer rights” and “On contractual-legal base of the activities of legal entities”.

The rules consist of eight paragraphs, which determined types of mobile communication services, order and conditions of agreements on mobile services, etc.
