Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On Tuesday, 25 March 2025, at 19:00, the Palace of National Cinema Arts of Uzbekistan named after Alisher Navoi (Panorama) will host a screening of the Romanian film "Good Guys Go to Heaven."

The film is directed and written by Radu Potcoavă and stars Bogdan Dumitrache, Sergiu Costache, Cosmina Stratan, and Șerban Pavlu.

Blending comedy and drama, the story follows a 41-year-old man who dies in a car accident and finds himself in heaven, where he reunites with the girl he was in love with during high school. The film will be shown in its original language with French subtitles.

The screening is organized by the Embassy of Romania in Uzbekistan with the support of the French Alliance of Tashkent as part of the Francophonie celebrations. Admission is free.

In recent years, Uzbekistan and Romania have strengthened ties across various sectors, with cultural cooperation playing a key role in bringing the two nations closer together.
