The aim of the event is to acquaint and discuss the world and national experience concerning the role of culture and art in development of the country, strengthening of international relations, formation of a national brand, current state and prospects for development.

It is expected that the round table will discuss the role of culture and art in development of tourism in Uzbekistan, as well as an understanding of how art and culture can contribute to national development and international perception, with the discussion of case studies from international participants.

The Fund for the Development of Culture and Arts under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established in November 2017 with the goal of state support and further development of national culture and art in Uzbekistan, as well as expansion of international and interstate cultural ties.
