Representatives of Korean Air visit Samarkand

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 14 January, a business meeting was held between representatives of Korean Air, regional manager of Park Jae-yoon, as well as sales and marketing manager Bahrom Radjabov with the director of the department for tourism development Narzikulov. D.

During the meeting, the main activities of the largest airline in South Korea were described, and it was noted that today this airline operates 3 flights a week to Uzbekistan.

As noted by Park Jae-yoon, there are plans to increase the flow of tourists from three regions of China, Korea and Japan, as well as the possibility of opening a direct flight from Korea to Samarkand. In turn, the director of the Department for Tourism Development Narzikulov.D spoke about the tourism potential of the city of Samarkand and the development of infrastructure in this area.

In addition, guests got acquainted with the medieval history of Samarkand, as well as with the sights of the city.
