Rehabilitation center for women opened in Sergeli district

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As a result of the work carried out by the Women’s Committee of Uzbekistan on social support and stimulation of women, now even more citizens can receive qualified assistance.

Psychologists, social workers and legal support are available to citizens in another inter-district institution that began work in Sergeli district of Tashkent. This was reported by the Press Service of Tashkent khokimiyat.

Today in the capital there are 3 inter-district rehabilitation shelters: in Bektemir, Olmazar and Mirzo-Ulugbek districts. For persons in difficult life situations throughout the country, centers for the rehabilitation and adaptation of victims of violence and suicide prevention have been established.
