Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Government of Uzbekistan appointed a rector of Namangan State University.
Muzaffar Esanov was appointed as Acting Rector of Namangan State University.
He replaced Ulugbek Inoyatov, who was elected as the chairman of the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.
