Real Plast Servis to acquire shares of Invest Finance Bank
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Real Plast Servis LLC announced that it is planning to purchase shares of Private open joint stock commercial bank “Invest Finance Bank”.
According to statement of the company, it will buy 4,145,671 ordinary shares of the Uzbek bank, which makes up 20.72% of earlier placed ordinary shares of the bank.
Invest Finance Bank charter capital makes up 20 billion soums. In July, the bank registered new emission of shares for 40 billion soums.
