The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the securities of the bank.

According to the emission terms, Ravnaq Bank will place 3,907,984 ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. Total sum of the issue is 3,907,984,000 soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on open subscription among unlimited number of investors.
