Rakhmanbek Usmanov appointed as Tashkent city governor

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov appointed new governor of Tashkent city with his decree, signed on 16 March 2012.

According to the decree, Rakhmanbek Usmanov has been appointed as governor of Tashkent city administration.

Earlier, Rakhmanbek Usmanov worked as acting governor of Tashkent city.
