The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the prospectus of emission of the company.

In line with the emission, the company will place 3,927,582 ordinary and 75,000 preferential shares with nominal value of 1,100 soums. Total volume of emission makes up 4.403 billion soums.

The shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with lesser par value to new shares with nominal value of 1,100 soums.

According to the company, the part of shares for 4.002 billion soums are paid on the par value and other part for 400.258 million soums will be paid due to undistributed income for 2009 and 2010.
