Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – As part of an initiative to improve passenger service, Uzbekistan Airports has introduced QR codes for feedback at Tashkent International Airport.

Passengers can now evaluate airport services and leave their suggestions by simply scanning the QR code with their smartphones. This feedback will help the managing company better understand passenger needs and enhance the quality of services related to customer service, navigation, and non-aviation amenities.

The QR codes, placed in prominent locations in both departure and arrival halls of the capital’s airport, direct passengers to a brief questionnaire available in Uzbek, Russian, and English for convenience.

In the near future, such QR codes will be introduced at all international airports in Uzbekistan. Uzbekistan Airports encourages passengers to actively use this new feedback system to collaboratively improve the comfort and convenience of airport services.
