The statement of the bank said that Qishloq Qurilish Bank will issue 169,242,645 ordinary shares with par value of 102.5 soums each.

Total emission of the issue makes up over 17.347 billion soums, the statement of the bank.

The bank said that all shares of the emission will be sold to the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan on closed subscription. The shares will be placed within a year.

Currently, the charter capital of Qishloq Qurilish Bank makes up 153.75 billion soums. The charter capital comprises of 1.5 billion shares, of which 1.491 billion are ordinary shares and 9 million – preferential shares.
