The conference was initiated by Tashkent Medical Academy and Ministry of Healthcare of Uzbekistan.

Representatives of Russia, Kazakhstan, India and Ukraine, along with 250 specialists of medical establishments of Uzbekistan participated at the event.

The conference is directed at discussing endoscopic surgery, in which Uzbekistan achieved significant results. It was noted that Uzbekistan equipped surgery rooms.

At the conference, the participants discussed development of endovideosurgery, which will help to develop endoscopic surgery. The participants also considered development of other directions of surgery.
