Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  The Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan, Sherzod Shermatov, held a meeting with Oliver Hughes, the Head of International Operations at TBC Group, Nika Kurdiani, and Hikoyat Mulladjanova, representatives of TBC Group, to discuss the progress of Uzbekistan’s digital economy, the integration of digital services, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, and advanced technological solutions.

Particular attention was given to expanding digital banking services across the country. The parties explored opportunities to strengthen advanced technologies and exchange experiences to create secure, user-oriented, and AI-based financial services.

During the discussions, strategic approaches to using AI for analyzing customer needs and preferences, predicting risks, and improving the efficiency of financial services were considered.

Additionally, promising initiatives for implementing cloud technologies were discussed, including the development of cloud solutions to ensure secure data storage and optimal usage by government agencies and enterprises.

The dialogue highlighted the transformative role of artificial intelligence across various sectors, especially in automating financial processes, improving customer service systems, and enhancing security measures.

The meeting concluded with a mutual commitment to deepening bilateral cooperation and achieving shared goals.
