Famous scientists-economists and financiers of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will participate in a roundtable Perspective directions and mechanisms of regional integration of EurAsEC states on 29-31 October in Almaty; Kazinform reported quoting Eurasian Bank of Development.

Main problem that will be discussed at the seminar is integration within the Eurasian space. Besides, the participants will consider the prospects of cooperation of EurAsEC scientists in macroeconomic forecasting, integration of nuclear-energy complexes of Russia and Kazakhstan, banking interaction, harmonization of the trade policy of the community’s member states within the framework of entry to the WTO and etc.

The most interesting reports of the seminar are planned to be published in the Eurasian Integration Yearbook in 2008.
