Project on developing family business ends

Within the project about 50 training for 5,000 representatives of family businesses and people, who want to launch of business, were organized across Uzbekistan in June-August 2013.

The project was aimed at promote family entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan, the organizers said. It is expected that new project will help to create new enterprises of various forms and over 1,000 jobs.

The experts trained people on doing business, consulted them on taxation and legal issues. Overall, the trainings helped to improve knowledge and skills of the businesses. They also learnt about crediting and financing, as well as developing business plans.
