Procedure for confiscating crypto assets established in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A procedure for the confiscation of crypto assets identified during criminal investigations has been established in Uzbekistan.

The instruction "On the Procedure for Confiscating, Storing, and Transferring Crypto Assets Identified during Pre-trial and Criminal Investigations" has been registered with the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan.

According to the instruction, crypto assets may be confiscated, arrested, used for restitution, or accepted as evidence during pre-trial and criminal investigations.
