Privatization of the International Hotel starts in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The public sale of the International Hotel has begun in Uzbekistan. This was announced by the Agency for Management of State Assets of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The agency noted that the process of selling 100% of the state share in InterHotel LLC has begun.

The international company Deloitte is acting as a consultant on this project.

The International Hotel includes 232 rooms, 7 conference rooms, 2 restaurants, bars, an outdoor terrace and a fitness club with a swimming pool.

The total area of buildings and structures is 45 thousand square meters, and the area of the land plot is 3 hectares.

The hotel has a sublicense agreement with the Accor group, which allows the use of the Mövenpick brand, as well as reservation systems and other IT systems of the TARS Accor Hotels network.

The sale of the asset is carried out through a public invitation to negotiations, which is open to all interested parties.

The buyer selection process will take place in three stages: Express of interest, Non-binding offer (NBO) and Binding offer (BO). At the final stage, buyers will be required to make a security payment of at least 1% of the amount of the proposed binding price offer.

The application deadline is 18:00 (Tashkent time) on 4 July 2024.
