Afterwards, heads of two states visited the Center of Heydar Aliev. President Ilham Aliyev familiarized the Uzbek President with the Center, which is considered as a unique architecture masterpiece in the world.

It was noted that the center, construction of which has been started in 2007, has been launched on 10 May 2012. The center occupies 16 hectares of territory.

It was noted that the center is important for propaganda of heritage of Heydar Aliev and it has all conditions for official receipts, various international conference, cultural events, etc.
